Polyurethane automotive windshield sealant is a high-performance adhesive product specifically designed for the bonding and sealing of automotive windshields, suitable for both new car assembly lines and windshield replacement scenarios in after-sales maintenance. It operates stably across a wide range of extreme environmental conditions, from the low temperatures of -40℃ in frigid regions to the high temperatures of 120℃ in hot summers, and can resist the erosion of rainwater, automobile exhaust, road salt, and ultraviolet radiation for a long time without losing its sealing and bonding properties. A key advantage of this sealant lies in its excellent elastic recovery and high shear strength: it can effectively absorb and buffer the vibration and impact generated during vehicle operation, preventing the windshield from loosening or cracking due to mechanical stress, while forming a permanent and reliable bond with both the glass and the automotive body (including metal and plastic substrates) to ensure the structural integrity of the windshield.
